the hot shower and friendly service made me want to stay again. the affordable laundry nearby was a bonus.

What a hidden gem! This quiet hotel surrounded by the lush jungle was an absolute dream. The massage I had was so relaxing, it melted all my worries away. The expansive grounds were perfect for leisurely walks, filled with the delightful sounds of birds. And let's talk about the pool - we couldn't get enough of it! My hubby was over the moon with the surprise football team t-shirt. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was huge and delicious, with eggs, fruits, coffee, and juice. Highly recommend staying here!

Cooked breakfast didn't seem as fresh, as it was kept reheated. The lighting in the room was white and bright, a bit like a clinic, could be more homely.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Palenque. The value for money was great, with clean and spacious rooms, a beautiful garden to explore, and a refreshing swimming pool. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the vibrant city center. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From preparing delicious lunch boxes for our early morning tour to helping us communicate with our travel agency, their service was top-notch. The welcome cocktail and complimentary drinks added a special touch to our experience. We felt right at home at this cozy hotel.

The breakfast could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The location of the hotel was comfy and ideal - at a medium distance from Agua Azul. We had a nice size and stocked room with shower. The staff was very very helpful without being intrusive.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Palenque for a few days and had a great experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. The shower in my room was fantastic, with a good amount of hot water and great water pressure. I was even able to book a last-minute tour to the ruins with the help of Roberto, even though it was late in the evening. There was also a cheap laundry service nearby, which was convenient. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff were great. The grounds are vast and very jungle like and there are huge lizards and other wildlife - which makes for an exciting stay. Great pool, restaurant and room.

I would like to think they used purified water for their ice but we both were sick after dinner, which included one of their cocktails. No better place to be sick but still. There are also biting insects that invade the restaurant because it is all open air, but that I guess is for the guest to premeditate and apply some repellent.

The staff at the hotel were beyond amazing, always friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The spa experience was pure bliss and the grounds were stunning. Pool was perfect and room was spotless. Would definitely return!

Reception inspired confidence in the hotel

I recently had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated on the edge of town in a beautiful wooded area. It felt like I was in a nice park surrounded by nature. The hotel staff was extremely attentive and made me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The on-site dining options were superb, offering a restaurant and bar/lounge area. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great dining experience.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Mision! The room was impeccably clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. Our room had shiny clean floors and a neatly made bed with fresh linens. The hotel premises were beautiful, with lush green grounds and an attractive setting on the edge of town. We enjoyed exploring the nature trail and listening to the incredible noise of the Black Howler monkeys. The pool area was attractive and the WiFi worked well. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
